Quality Control Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Officer, your primary responsibility will involve checking and inspecting incoming raw materials and brought-out items according to the Quality Plan. You will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising machines and products to ensure that quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Check the online quality of finished products and conduct required tests in the lab as per IS Standard & Internal quality manual. - Handle BIS documentation, check instrument calibration status, and manage license renewals. - Maintain company quality documentation such as Quality manual, procedures, and implement SOPs. - Handle third-party inspections, BIS audits, vendor assessments, and maintain shift discipline. - Ensure all equipment is clean, in working condition, and work with the production team to minimize rejection and losses while maintaining product quality. - Control raw material consumption, conduct trials for new products, and implement quality planning and process feedback. - Gain knowledge of lab technology, process improvement, and optimize time and manpower utilization. - Set up and maintain controls for documentation procedures to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, and evaluated. - Maintain safety norms during your shift, prepare reports based on data analysis, attend educational workshops, and stay updated on industry practices. - Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results as needed.
