Develop effective quality control processes and assurance systems as per customer needs and requirements. Hands on experience in sheet metal, machining components and special process inspection (anodizing, plating, Painting, Powder coating, Welding, brazing etc) of Sheetmetal and machined parts Strong understanding of GD&T and understanding of Statistical Process Capability. Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements. Lead, implement and maintain processes which includes FAI documents, APQP and PPAP etc. Assists in creation of WI and assuring customer requirement flow down through documentation. Ensuring documents in line with QMS requirements AS9100. Knowledge of core tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA. Participate in technical audits to identify and on-board suppliers.
