Job Description

As an incoming inspector at our company, your role will involve performing incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and outsourced parts. You will also be responsible for conducting in-process inspection of 3D printed parts and finished parts. In addition, you will need to prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and document non-conformance reports. Your main task will be to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Moreover, you will be required to coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support audits conducted by QA teams. Key Responsibilities: - Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and outsourced parts - Conduct in-process inspection of 3D printed parts and finished parts - Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and document non-conformance reports - Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements - Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues - Support audits conducted by QA teams Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B. Tech degree - Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height master, profile projector, and CMM preferred) - Understanding of 3D printing processes - Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 quality standards - Good reporting documentation and MS Office software usage skills Please note that this is a full-time position requiring your presence at the work location.,
