Bicycle Quality Control Inspector (Fork & Frame Fabrication)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector with hands-on experience in fork and frame fabrication to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and ensure the quality of bicycle frames and forks at different stages of production
• Perform dimensional checks, visual inspections, and material testing
• Identify and report any fabrication defects or deviations from specifications
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues
• Maintain detailed inspection records and quality reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in fork fabrication or frame fabrication for bicycles or related industries
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding, alignment, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of quality control methods and testing equipment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in bicycle manufacturing or related mechanical industries
• Certification in Quality Control or relevant technical qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
