Quality Control and Lab technologist ( Food Industry)

As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Implementing GMP, GHP, HACCP standards to ensure product quality and safety - Maintaining documentation and records related to quality control processes - Conducting internal audits and hygiene checks to identify areas of improvement - Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and customer standards for food safety - Handling non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards As a Lab Technician in our organization, you will be expected to: - Collect and prepare samples for testing and analysis - Perform routine tests such as pH, moisture, Brix, and acidity measurements - Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy of results - Record test results accurately and maintain detailed records of all tests conducted - Follow safety and hygiene standards in the laboratory to create a safe working environment Qualifications required for these positions include: - B.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Agriculture, M.Sc Microbiological, M.Tech Food, or other relevant food-related degrees - Freshers are also welcome to apply for these roles If you are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to yieppieinternationals@gmail.com for review.
