Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure product and process quality
Analyze defect trends and lead root cause investigations
Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
Maintain documentation for quality standards and corrective actions

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory standards (ISO, industry-specific)
Interpret and apply domestic and international compliance codes
Conduct risk assessments and product testing for compliance validation
Prepare and submit documentation to regulatory bodies
Stay updated on evolving compliance laws and standards

Monitoring & Reporting

Track compliance metrics and generate performance reports
Identify non-conformance areas and recommend corrective actions
Monitor implementation of compliance-related changes across departments
