- Raw Material Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Packaging Material Testing: Evaluate packaging materials for durability, compatibility, and regulatory compliance.- Finished Goods & In-Process Testing: Perform routine and non-routine tests to verify product quality at different stages of production.- Instrument Handling & Calibration: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as UV Spectroscopy, colorimeters, and audit trail calibration systems.- Chemical Analysis: Conduct titration, nitrogen determination, loss on drying (LOD), and other analytical techniques.- Herbal Material Analysis & Extraction: Assess herbal extracts for purity, potency, and consistency in formulations.- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of test results, calibration logs, and audit trails in accordance with regulatory guidelines.- Quality Assurance & Audits: Support internal and external audits by ensuri.
