Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and quality-check documents created by Presentation Specialists.
  • Ensure alignment with client specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Support training and mentoring of team members.
  • Collaborate with Workflow Coordinators and Trainers.
  • Generate performance and quality reports.
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Commerce/Arts/Literature preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word); Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
