Job Title: Experienced Cosmetics Production Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cosmetics Production Specialist to oversee and execute the manufacturing processes of our cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cosmetics production, in-depth knowledge of industry standards and GMP regulations, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality output in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment specific to cosmetics manufacturing.

Supervise the production line to ensure that all products are produced efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.

Follow and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Oversee mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging processes for various cosmetic formulations (creams, lotions, makeup, skincare products, etc.).

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform in-process checks and ensure compliance with product specifications.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Train and mentor junior production staff and ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience (typically 1 +years) in cosmetics production or a similar manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, production processes, and GMP standards.

Technical skills to operate and maintain production equipment.

Attention to detail with a commitment to product quality and safety.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.

Preferred:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Chemical Engineering, or related field (optional but preferred).

Prior experience in skincare, haircare, or color cosmetics production.
