Quality Control (QC) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and manage the DQC team to ensure consistent quality in all design deliverables and execution stages.

• Process Development & Enforcement:

  Establish, implement, and maintain robust quality control protocols for all design documentation including drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.

• Design Audits & Reviews:

  Conduct regular reviews and audits of AutoCAD drawings, project documents, and on-site implementations to ensure adherence to QC standards.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  Collaborate closely with the design, project management, and site execution teams to align design intent with on-ground execution.

• Quality Gap Identification:

  Proactively identify deviations from design specifications and drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Reporting & Escalation:

  Prepare detailed QC reports highlighting trends, recurring issues, and recommended improvements. Escalate critical issues to senior leadership.

• Documentation:

  Maintain systematic records of quality checks, revisions, approvals, and process compliance for all ongoing projects.

• Training & Upskilling:

  Conduct onboarding sessions for new DQC team members and organize periodic training to enhance team capabilities and technical expertise.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years in a

  quality control or quality assurance

  role within

  interior design, architecture, or fit-out projects

• Prior experience in

  leading a DQC team

  is mandatory

• Skills:

• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  , MS Office, and other design/QC tools
• Strong understanding of

  design detailing, documentation standards, and execution workflows

• Exceptional communication, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to design integrity
