This is a contract/freelancing / assignment-based role for a Quality & Guest Service Standards Specialist. The primary responsibilities include conducting quality audits, ensuring quality control, and providing quality assurance across various hotel operations. The specialist will also be responsible for carrying out audits in terms of day-to-day service standards and quality, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to hotel management.
· Must have worked in Hotels at least a 4-star category
· Quality Auditing—expertise in conducting thorough quality checks in hotel operations in terms of guest journey.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
