As a Quality Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in undertaking and enabling automated testing activities across all delivery models. Your primary responsibility will be to support teams in developing quality solutions and ensuring continuous integration for defect-free deployment of customer value. Working closely with feature teams and various stakeholders will provide you with professional development opportunities. This role is being offered at the associate level. In this role, you will contribute to transforming testing by implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. You will be instrumental in integrating repeatable, constant, and consistent quality across all phases of the idea to value lifecycle while reducing costs and time to market. Collaborating with colleagues at different levels and across various teams will allow you to embed quality as a fundamental aspect of all activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the design of automation test strategies aligned with business or program goals - Implementing predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products - Collaborating to define the scope of manual and automated testing, creating test scripts, user documentation, and artifacts - Designing and developing a suite of stable, reusable automated tests for end-to-end testing across domains and systems - Applying testing and delivery standards while understanding product development lifecycle and regulatory requirements To excel in this role, you should have experience in automated testing, particularly in Agile development or CI/CD environments. An innovative mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and design solutions will be essential. Proficiency in developing complex automation code and a good understanding of Agile methodologies are prerequisites.
