Quality Auditor

As a Quality Officer in Financial Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed audits of General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Asset Register (FAR), conducting thorough process reviews, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for managing errors, ensuring timely feedback resolution, and generating comprehensive reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audits and Compliance:

  Conduct rigorous audits of O2C and R2R processes to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Process Improvement:

  Review and streamline existing SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy across financial processes.

• Error Management:

  Proactively manage errors and anomalies within financial transactions, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as needed.

• Feedback Mechanism:

  Establish and maintain effective feedback channels to capture insights from stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in financial operations.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Prepare detailed reports and analysis on financial performance, highlighting key metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
