Quality Assurance Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee to join our team. As a QA Trainee, you will work closely with our QA engineers and developers to learn testing processes, execute test cases, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality products. This is an entry-level role, ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the software development life cycle and QA processes.
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing on web, mobile, and/or desktop applications as assigned.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to reproduce and resolve defects.
• Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and training programs.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and best practices in QA.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, or test management tools is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a QA career.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
