Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Trainee. In this role, you will learn and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through structured testing and analysis. You will work under the guidance of senior QA team members and collaborate closely with developers to identify and report issues, while gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing test cases and scenarios to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
Learn to document and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.
Collaborate with developers and senior QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified defects are fixed.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve testing processes.
Communicate progress, issues, and findings effectively with team members.
Stay open to learning new tools, methodologies, and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge).
0–6 months of experience in software testing, internships, or academic projects (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
