Quality Assurance Tester

As a Quality Assurance Tester with 3 to 4 years of experience, you should be well-versed in the testing cycle, defect management, and various types of testing. It is essential to have a working knowledge of test management software/tools/languages such as JIRA and SQL. Additionally, having API testing experience is considered beneficial for this role. In this position, test automation or programming experience is mandatory, particularly in Selenium Java/Python/playwright. You will be expected to work as part of an Agile team, ensuring that the testing process is aligned with the development cycle. Thinking from the users" perspective is crucial, as well as knowing where to focus your attention and what questions to ask to ensure thorough quality assessment. An analytical mindset is required to investigate how new requirements and features integrate into the automation test suite, estimating risks and understanding scope. Collaboration with stakeholders from Documentation, Development, QA, and User teams is essential for effective communication and alignment on quality standards. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will also be responsible for contributing to product innovation and actively participating in the company's process improvement initiatives.
