As a QA/Testing professional at our company, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our software projects. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans, conducting various types of testing, reporting and tracking defects, and maintaining test documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize testing tools effectively, and mentor junior testers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans - Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, and automated) - Report and track defects - Maintain test documentation (plans, cases, scripts, and reports) - Ensure quality standards and guidelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Utilize testing tools effectively - Mentor junior testers Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in both automation and manual testing - Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, and scripting languages (TypeScript, JavaScript) - Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter) - Strong knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) - Solid understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB) with SQL querying skills - Experience in testing end-to-end solutions or products involving web, mobile, and third-party integrations - Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams - Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment Additional Details: The company is seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail, who is well-organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
