Quality Assurance Technology Lead Analyst

As an IT Quality Senior Manager, you will lead professional team(s) and department(s) to achieve results. You will integrate subject matter expertise within a defined area, contributing to standards for operational excellence. Your role requires in-depth understanding of how different areas integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the overall function's objectives. Basic commercial awareness is essential. Developed communication and diplomacy skills will be necessary to guide and influence colleagues, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results within your area, including planning, budgeting, and policy formulation. Your duties may also involve short-term resource planning and full management responsibility of a team, which includes tasks like performance evaluation, budget management, and team development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production - Manage multiple IT Quality teams or a functional area - Resolve complex and variable issues - Analyze organizational trends to improve processes and follow industry trends - Develop and design standards and procedures for software development life cycle - Manage organizational process change and implement methods for cost, effort, and milestones of IT Quality activities - Ensure consistency and quality of processes across the organization - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project stability and productivity - Handle day-to-day staff management issues, resource allocation, and work distribution - Perform other assigned duties and functions **Qualifications:** - 13+ years of IT Testing experience - Excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and tools - Familiarity with software development and testing life-cycle methodology - Strong communication, diplomacy, persuasion, and influencing skills *Education:* Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred If you require a reasonable accommodation to use the search tools or apply for a career opportunity due to a disability, please review the Accessibility at Citi.
