Quality Assurance Representative

As a Quality Assurance Executive & Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through various sampling, analysis, and inspection processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sampling & Analysis of Chemical Inward to maintain quality standards - Visual inspection of Repacked products and Labels before dispatch - Preparation and issuance of test reports for quality assurance - Controlling rejection from customers to achieve zero rejection rate - Inspecting Packing Materials, conducting Supplier Visits, Audits, and providing Training and Support for new vendor development - Monitoring the Packing material cleaning process to ensure cleanliness standards - Preparation of Purchase Orders and procuring required Chemicals for Laboratory Analysis - Supporting in handling customer complaints and resolving queries within specified time limits - Assisting Sales & Marketing teams with technical queries from customers - Supporting Sales & Marketing in liquidation of Colour/Non-Moving Materials - Conducting Training for Supervisors and Contract workers on SOPs and daily activities - Ensuring Labels and their content accuracy for Repacked Products - Initiating process improvements and Man-hour savings in the Quality Department and Warehouse Operations - Providing regular Reports to Management as per requirements (Daily, WIG, JC, etc.) - Strictly following Safety department guidelines and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment - Escalating safety issues to respective authorities for prompt action Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is preferred - 1 year of total work experience is preferred You will be joining a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including Health insurance, Performance bonus, and Yearly bonus.
