Job Description

You will be responsible for auditing customer calls to ensure service quality and standards are met. Your role will involve listening to calls, documenting observations, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate QA reports to help improve team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Audit recorded calls for quality, compliance, and communication standards. - Document observations and maintain accurate QA reports. - Share constructive feedback with team members to improve performance. Requirements: - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Strong listening and attention-to-detail skills. - Ability to work independently. - Prior QA or call auditing experience is a plus (not mandatory). - Must be available for the 12 PM - 9 PM Pacific shift, 6 days a week.
