Quality Assurance (QA)

As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products through various manufacturing and analytical techniques. With a Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably with a focus on analytical chemistry, and at least 3-4 years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical sector, you will play a critical role in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs. Your key responsibilities will include managing Health Canada GMP inspections and third-party audits, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail, making sound decisions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, Lotus Notes, and Excel is essential for this role. In addition to technical skills, you should possess behavioral competencies such as customer focus, managing ambiguity, planning and aligning tasks, courage, effective communication, decision quality, adaptability, building networks, collaboration, driving results, instilling trust, and strategic mindset. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra. Candidates must be willing to reliably commute to the workplace or plan to relocate before commencing work. A total of 4 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Quality Assurance (QA) and pharmaceutical industry, is preferred. The benefits package includes health insurance and a provident fund.
