Quality Assurance (QA)

As a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer, your role will involve developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, defining corrective actions, and reviewing system requirements. Additionally, tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts will be part of your responsibilities. Your contribution as a QA technician is crucial to our product development process. Conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly, meets client needs, and is cost-effective is key. Monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards will also be part of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement tests - Debug and define corrective actions - Review system requirements - Track quality assurance metrics - Conduct tests before product launches - Monitor all stages of software development **Qualifications Required:** - Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance - In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies - Good customer focus - Meticulous and diligent attributes - Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent data collection and analysis skills - Strong attention to detail Apart from the technical skills, you are expected to have good communication skills and be passionate about working on new and dynamic concepts.
