As a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, and defining corrective actions. It will be your duty to review system requirements, track quality assurance metrics, and ensure that our software meets the necessary standards before launch. Your role as a QA technician is essential in our product development process. We are looking for an ideal candidate who can conduct tests effectively to ensure smooth software functionality and meet client requirements in a cost-effective manner. If you have an engineering background and are passionate about providing end-to-end solutions to software quality issues, we are interested in meeting you. You will be required to monitor all stages of software development, identify system malfunctions, and resolve them to maintain high-quality standards. Your technical skills should include a working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts, along with a deep understanding of industry standards and company policies. A customer-focused approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision are essential qualities we are looking for. Moreover, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this role. You should also possess excellent data collection and analysis skills, along with a solid understanding of relevant regulatory standards. Attention to detail and a passion for working on new and dynamic concepts will be beneficial in this position. In this full-time role, your key responsibilities will include preparing and implementing quality assurance policies, performing inspections and quality tests, resolving workflow and production issues, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. You will collaborate with superiors to address and discuss issues, document quality assurance activities, create audit reports, make recommendations for improvement, and develop training materials and operating manuals.
