Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

As a QA Engineer at Recruiterflow, a bootstrapped and profitable SaaS startup catering to over 1700 recruitment agencies and 10,000 recruiters worldwide, you will be an integral part of our dynamic development team. Our CRM software is designed to enhance productivity for recruitment agencies by streamlining the hiring process and facilitating efficient talent acquisition. Our focus on revenue, profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences sets us apart in the industry. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed and well-structured test plans and cases, developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools, performing regression testing, testing APIs manually and through automation, and actively contributing to our test frameworks and services. You will also play a key role in investigating product quality and driving improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, with a preferred 1 year of experience in automation testing. Product testing experience is essential, along with expertise in the latest software QA approaches, tools, and procedures. You should be proficient in building clear and succinct Front and Back End test cases and have a good understanding of programming concepts and languages. Experience with automated testing tools like JUnit, TestNG, and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Postman will be a definite advantage.,
