Job Title: Quality Assurance for Reprocessed Plastic Granules

Location: Chennai

Industry: Plastic Granule Manufacturing (Reprocessed PPCP, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, etc.)

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in the polymer / plastic recycling & compounding industry

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead and oversee production operations in our reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing unit. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent quality, efficient use of machinery, and adherence to technical parameters while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production processes – from raw material input to final granule output (FG).
• Ensure strict adherence to process parameters, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Conduct raw material testing and ensure FG quality checks are followed as per standards.
• Optimize the usage of process machines to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Lead and train production teams to maintain high productivity and consistent quality.
• Participate in industry events, client meetings, and exhibitions as the technical point of contact for the company.
• Support management in strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Create and Maintain SOP / Process records

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the polymer / reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of compounding processes (PPCP, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in raw material inspection, testing, and FG quality validation.
• In-depth understanding of extruders, mixers, and other process machinery.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and ensure timely output.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel/participate in technical events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
