Position Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and process-driven Quality Assurance Officer (IPQA) to monitor, audit, and enforce quality practices during the in-process stages of manufacturing This role is crucial in maintaining product integrity and compliance across all cosmetic and personal care manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations Verify critical control parameters such as pH, weight, viscosity, and appearance at different process stages Ensure line clearance and maintain hygiene standards before batch processing Review and audit BMRs/BPRs, ensuring compliance with GMP and SOPs Identify, report, and escalate non-conformities, deviations, and OOS events Support and document CAPA activities and improvement initiatives Liaise with production and QC teams to troubleshoot in-process issues Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (Ayush, ISO, BIS, etc) and internal QA standards Maintain thorough documentation and assist during internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

Education:

B Pharm / M Pharm / B Sc / M Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or relevant discipline

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards Experience with cosmetic and personal care formulations Proficient in in-process quality control techniques Able to review and audit documentation (BMR, BPR, SOP) Understanding of regulatory norms for cosmetics and personal care products

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking Proactive mindset with effective problem-solving ability Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in IPQA or QA roles within a cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing environment
