Job Description

milk chemistry processing, analytical techniques, and sensor evaluation


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in

    milk chemistry processing activities

    , including sample preparation, testing, and documentation.
  • Support

    analytical evaluations

    using standard laboratory techniques (spectroscopy, titration, chromatography, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of

    sensor-based evaluation frameworks

    for dairy quality and safety.
  • Learn and apply

    regulatory requirements

    (ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, Codex Alimentarius) in daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports, and support compliance audits.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Foundational knowledge of

    milk chemistry, dairy science, or food technology

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    analytical methods

    and laboratory practices.
  • Interest in

    sensor technologies

    (chemical sensors, biosensors, IoT monitoring).
  • Awareness of

    food safety and regulatory frameworks

    .
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field

    .
  • 0–2 years of experience in dairy processing, food analysis, or sensor evaluation (internships, projects, or academic research acceptable).
