ADSL is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD standards. This critical role supports our mission of delivering high-performance, defense-grade manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS.
• Ensure compliance with defense regulations, customer specifications, and government guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate internal, external, and third-party audits.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Manage supplier and vendor quality.
• Drive process improvements and defect reduction initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and lead the quality team.
• Maintain quality documentation and address non-conformances and CAPAs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in aerospace/defense manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD standards.
• Proven ability to lead audits and quality teams.
