Quality Assurance Manager EV / 2-Wheeler Industry

As a Quality Assurance Manager in the 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, or Electric Vehicles (EV) industry, you will be responsible for leading quality systems, conducting supplier audits, and ensuring product validation for the electric vehicle lineup. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance framework throughout the product lifecycle. - Defining and enforcing quality standards in collaboration with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams. - Conducting regular supplier audits to maintain robust QA processes. - Analyzing quality data such as testing results, field failures, and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements. - Supporting supplier assessment, evaluation reports, ratings, and improvement plans. - Collaborating with suppliers to ensure that incoming components and assemblies meet specified standards. - Leading the resolution of quality issues and implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Maintaining QA documentation, test results, and compliance reports. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory norms for vehicle quality. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Automotive / EV / 2-Wheeler industry. - Proficiency in QA methodologies, root cause analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Six Sigma. - Hands-on experience in vehicle-level testing, validation, and inspections. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and effective collaboration with suppliers. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally. - A proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach. It would be beneficial if you have: - Experience working with electric 2-wheelers or motorcycles. - Awareness of regulatory standards related to vehicle safety and quality. - Experience addressing quality challenges in emerging markets. - Previous experience in an EV startup (preferred but not mandatory). This is a full-time position based in Delhi or Bangalore within the 2-wheeler / 3-wheeler / EV industry.,
