Develop and enforce
QA policies, inspection criteria, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
across all manufacturing stages.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards such as BIS etc.
and internal quality benchmarks.

2. Inspection & Testing:

Use and maintain
test equipment
such as integrating spheres, power analyzers, lux meters, surge testers, and high-voltage testers.
Conduct or supervise
electrical, mechanical, and photometric testing
of LED products.
Perform
burn-in tests
,
temperature and humidity testing
, and
safety testing
as required.

3. Defect Analysis & Corrective Action:

Investigate customer complaints or product failures and conduct
root cause analysis (RCA)
.
Implement
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
to eliminate recurring quality issues.
Maintain detailed
quality documentation, inspection reports, and rejection records
.

4. Compliance & Certification:

Prepare documentation for
internal audits, customer audits, and third-party inspections
.
Ensure compliance with
environmental, electrical, and safety standards
applicable to LED products.

5. Process Improvement & Training:

Identify opportunities to improve product quality and reduce rework or rejection rates.
Conduct
training programs for operators and production staff
on quality awareness and SOPs.
Implement
Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives
to enhance process efficiency and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
Over 3 years experience.
Korean speaking is additional advantage.
