Quality Assurance Manager

As a Cutting to Packing Incharge, your primary responsibilities will include: - Inspecting raw materials and approving design specifications during the pre-production stage - Monitoring fabric weight, seam strength, and color consistency in the in-process phase - Examining finished garments for defects, size accuracy, and overall quality during the final inspection - Establishing internal quality standards by specifying fabric quality, stitching, design, sizing, and colorfastness - Ensuring compliance with customer expectations, statutory requirements, and industry standards - Identifying any mistakes or non-conformity issues Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in a similar role within the garment manufacturing industry - Strong attention to detail and quality control skills - Knowledge of fabric quality, stitching techniques, design principles, sizing standards, and colorfastness - Ability to identify and address issues efficiently Please note that this is a full-time position which requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
