Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for our B2C and B2B applications on web, iOS, and Android platforms. Your role will involve leading the QA team to maintain the highest quality standards for our products by implementing best practices and driving process improvements. Your main responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, managing resource allocation, sprint planning, and workload distribution within the QA team. You will be conducting regular performance reviews, identifying training needs, and collaborating with Product, Development, and UX teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved. In terms of quality strategy and process, you will develop and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, establish testing standards and methodologies, and create test automation frameworks. Additionally, you will define quality metrics and KPIs to measure team performance, implement test management systems, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across all platforms. Your technical execution will involve reviewing and approving test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, overseeing cross-platform testing activities, and guiding the team in bug identification and resolution. You will also lead bug triage sessions and coordinate with development teams for timely bug resolutions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with 4+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in web and mobile application testing, knowledge of test automation frameworks, and understanding of agile methodologies are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with B2C and B2B applications, performance testing tools, API testing, and backend quality assurance. Familiarity with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and technical skills in automation tools, bug tracking systems, and version control systems are a plus.
