Position Overview:

The IPQA Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout in-process manufacturing This position is responsible for real-time monitoring of production and packaging lines, verifying that processes adhere to established SOPs and regulatory standards, and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging stages Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards Review and verify batch manufacturing and packing records Identify and report non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Conduct line clearance, sampling, and documentation as per SOPs Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse departments to ensure product quality Maintain documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections Provide on-the-floor training to production staff on quality protocols

Hard Skills & Soft Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards Proficiency in documentation control, line clearance, batch record review Hands-on experience with cosmetics and oral care manufacturing QA protocols Understanding of root cause analysis and CAPA management

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and strong observational skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proactive problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Ethical and quality-focused mindset

Education:

B Sc /M Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related sciences, or B Pharm/M Pharm from a recognized institution

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 2 years of IPQA experience in cosmetics, skin care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
