Quality Assurance

You are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer / Senior Roles to join the food manufacturing team for a night shift position. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the food products meet the highest quality and safety standards throughout the production process. Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process food products, and finished goods to ensure they meet defined specifications and quality standards. You will also monitor and inspect production processes, equipment, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality regulations specific to food manufacturing. It will be your duty to record and document inspection results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality metrics and test data. Collaborating closely with production teams to identify and address any quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary is essential. Additionally, you will assist in creating, maintaining, and updating quality control procedures aligning them with food industry standards and best practices. Your role will involve participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certification standards. Providing training and guidance to staff on food safety, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in quality control, food safety, or a related field being a plus. Experience in quality assurance or inspection within a food manufacturing environment is required. You should be familiar with food safety regulations and have experience in regulatory compliance. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality are essential qualities for this role.
