Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual)

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, your primary focus will be on manual testing of our software products. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software meets development and business requirements while providing a user-friendly experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements - Configuring the test environment for executing required test cases - Conducting review meetings to discuss test case status, concerns, and risk items - Defining, executing, and analyzing test cases in collaboration with the team - Tracking defects and bugs using the client defect tracking system - Communicating effectively with stakeholders including QA Manager and Scrum Master - Working well under pressure and displaying flexibility in setting priorities Your manual testing deliverables will include: - Test plans and test cases - Comprehensive documentation and reporting of identified bugs - Test data for test cases - Test scenarios and configurations Qualifications required for this role: - Degree in Computer Software or related fields; 5+ years of related work experience is also acceptable - 3+ years of experience in software testing, including functional and regression testing - Experience in Windows, iOS, and mobile apps - Experience with responsiveness and cross-browser testing - Familiarity with multiple operating systems including Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android - Proficiency in software development lifecycle tools such as Jira, DevOps Azure, and Zephyr - Experience with user acceptance and user experience testing - Bug verification testing experience Desired qualifications include: - Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) is a plus If you are a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for ensuring software quality, we encourage you to apply for this role.
