As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, Continuous Integration, and Delivery to ensure constant innovation. You will also manage deliverables and mentor junior team members, contribute to driving initiatives for defining coding standards and processes to ensure quality code production, and ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Additionally, you will ensure customer quality requirements, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are considered in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and improve execution processes continually. You will advise Functional managers or other Functions on approaches, processes, and procedures in the field and handle communication with colleagues and the business about approaches and methods for solving complex problems. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, a minimum of 3 years of working experience, excellent experience using Selenium version 3 and higher for Web Automation, a great experience with Java version 8 and higher, knowledge of setting up test environments for Web Automation on MAC and Windows, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, solid experience in Database/PostGres/Timeseries/SQL/Oracle knowledge, experience with Windows/Unix/Linux, testing API, Web, client-server, and GUI applications, and experience working in an Agile development environment.
