Quality Assurance

You are a highly skilled QA engineer responsible for designing test suites, maintaining them, and testing software applications to identify defects. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software solutions. Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Design test strategies, provide inputs for test plans, commit test execution, and manage the defect cycle in test management tools. - Implement tests post-build and if necessary, pre-build measures. - Ensure test strategy aligns with Behaviour-Driven-Development (BDD) standard. - Execute tests to a high-quality standard, with cross-browser testing being highly appreciated. - Provide detailed execution reports to customers post-regression execution. - Knowledge of Automation testing is optional but beneficial for growth. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test reports and documentation. - Document test results and report defects clearly and concisely. - Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring traceability of test cases to requirements. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in quality assurance. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. - Experience in Salesforce is a plus. - Experience in writing test strategies. - Experience in reviewing test strategies is a plus. - Experience in cross-browser test execution. - Experience in report generation from Test Management tools and sharing with customers. - Quality Bug maintenance is essential. - Exposure to Agile methodologies. - Willingness to learn and grow in automation testing.
