Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Role Overview: As a QA Tester for an AI Product & Services company based in Bhopal, your primary focus will be ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of web, mobile, and API-based applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to validate workflows, user journeys, integrations, and overall functional performance before release. Key Responsibilities: - Estimate time, resources, and efforts for QA activities by leveraging historical data and metrics. - Prioritize testing activities based on business goals and risk analysis. - Monitor QA progress and promptly address any deviations. - Develop test plans, test cases, and strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks. - Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams for defect resolution. - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues across teams. - Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and embrace industry best practices. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - PMP certification is preferred.,
