Job Description

Role & responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of electrical installations, including signaling, power supply, and communication systems, to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Documentation Control: Ensure all quality-related documentation, such as test reports, inspection records, and compliance certificates, are accurately maintained and readily accessible. Supplier and Subcontractor Evaluation: Assess and monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to quality requirements. Training and Development: Provide training to project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a quality-centric culture. Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards and regulations. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8TO 10 years in quality assurance and control roles within large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in metro rail or railway systems. Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification; additional certifications in quality management systems or project management are advantageous. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in quality management software and tools.
