Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Lead QA, you will be responsible for QA and automation as well as manual testing across the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading QA and automation and manual testing responsibilities - Translating high-level business goals into actionable testing strategies - Adhering to clean code principles and mentoring junior team members - Ensuring platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and deliver quality solutions - Supporting CI/CD pipelines and ensuring zero-downtime deployments You will own these responsibilities at our vibrant office location in Pune hub. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, SpecFlow, Selenium, and API testing - Hands-on experience on manual testing strategies - Strong hands-on experience with automation framework design patterns - Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure/services - Proven ability to convert feature requirements into user stories and test cases - Experience writing automated regression tests for SaaS platforms and UI features - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices - Proficiency in SQL, XML, and automated UI testing tools - Experience with shift-left testing and continuous integration practices - Familiarity with SAFe Agile, Jenkins, and AWS Cloud - Basic understanding of Openshift/Kubernetes No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.,
