About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area. About the team

Advanced professional role. Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency. Develops large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires five or more years demonstrated experience in software testing.

What youll own

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
Identify, document and track defects and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them
Understand and test Salesforce configurations, customizations and integrations
Provide good test coverage including functional, integration and regression testing
Ensuring new scripts are updated/integrated in the test automation pack
Investigation and reporting of defects/bugs discovered, following re-test after fix
Delivering regular progress/status reports as required
Work closely with developers, product owners and other stake holders to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of SDLC

You will own it in our Vibrant Office Locations as Bangalore, Pune and Indore hub .

What you bring

7 + years of experience in software testing with focus on both manual and automated testing.
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles preferably using SAFe Agile methodology
Hands on experience in both Functional and Automation testing
Experience with testing frameworks Selenium and tools such as Cucumber
Good understanding and knowledge in Java
Experience with Salesforce application and certification are highly valued
Provide subject matter expert knowledge in Quality Assurance best practices, tools, and software
Experience working with Rally or JIRA for test case and defect management
Experience working with version control tools like GitHub
Building strong relationships across multiple engineering teams and with stakeholders
Good verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels
Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
