Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
Identify, record, and track bugs through resolution.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with SQL and scripting.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,520.40 - ₹45,370.00 per month
