Quality Assurance Analyst

You will be joining Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd., a prominent exporter of essential oils, natural extracts, and herbal products, known for its strong global presence. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations for both raw materials and finished products. This includes conducting routine inspections, sampling, and testing of products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of Quality Assurance (QA) reports, test results, and compliance records. Collaborating closely with the production and Research & Development (R&D) teams is essential to effectively address any quality issues that may arise. You will also play a key role in monitoring hygiene, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) practices across various departments within the organization. Your role will involve assisting in internal and external audits, such as ISO, GMP, FSSAI, among others. In case of any quality-related concerns, you will be required to implement corrective and preventive actions promptly and effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in oils, extracts, or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is required. Proficiency in quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance is essential. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills will be beneficial, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
