Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks through operational audit and compliance processes. You will work within the Operational Audit & Compliance team to ensure the effective implementation and delivery of functional processes to mitigate risks. Your role will involve having a good understanding of anti-corruption, BCM, and infosec policies, as well as records management and contractor controls. The team focuses on establishing processes to validate effectiveness and driving improvements where necessary. To excel in this role, you are required to have a graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience. Your skills should include advanced quality assurance knowledge, intermediate communication skills, reporting and analytics, and issue management. Additionally, you should have beginner-level expertise in training and performance support. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, assessing, and reporting compliance on process/procedure requirements. You will assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, and develop improvement plans in collaboration with the operations team. Calibration with client counterparts and operating teams to ensure quality measures are aligned will also be a part of your duties. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will be involved in change management processes, tool enhancements, and workflow amendments. As a subject matter expert, you will provide insights into complex areas of process workflows and act as an expert on Tier 1 workflow policies and procedures. Your role will also involve bringing innovation ideas and contributing to work process standardization. In some cases, you may create new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures.
