Job Description:

The Quality Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position involves overseeing daily quality control operations, developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the implementation of quality standards and protocols to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

- Coordinate with production teams to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.

- Manage the documentation process for quality assurance procedures, including the creation and revision of quality manuals and SOPs.

- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality control measures, tools, and methodologies to enhance product quality.

- Lead internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze customer feedback and product returns to identify trends in product defects or quality issues, proposing corrective actions.

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components meets the organizations standards.

- Investigate and report on quality-related incidents or non-conformance issues, including root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive measures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance roles within electronic manufacturing companies.
