Role Overview: As a Quality & Safety Executive (Auditor) at TIA Engineering Services Company Limited (TES), you will be directly responsible to the Quality Assurance and Safety Manager (QSM) for routine quality audits, assessments, and evaluation processes associated with the Quality Assurance Manual (QAM). Key Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct individual scheduled and non-scheduled audits and evaluations of all TES AMO operational departments. - Plan and conduct individual scheduled audits and evaluations of contracted vendors and suppliers providing aviation services and/or aviation products. - Database details of all audit findings and observations necessary to continuously track and monitor implementation and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions. - Provide assistance to management and supervisory personnel for the development of effective corrective and preventative actions. - Perform routine data analysis of all audit findings and observations as necessary to identify trends and/or areas of high regulatory concern. - Perform routine data analysis of all audit findings and observations as necessary to assess the overall effectiveness of the QAM. - Participate in routine Management Evaluation Reviews of the Quality department and QAM. - Process and file in a timely manner all individual quality audit/assessment/evaluation records as necessary to demonstrate compliance and ensure that they are safely and securely stored in an organized and comprehensive manner. - Liaise with National Aviation Authorities as necessary on behalf of the TES AMO. - Maintain a working knowledge of applicable aviation regulations and industry standards. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Quality Assurance and Safety Manager (QSM). Qualifications Required: - Ability to plan and conduct audits and evaluations effectively. - Proficiency in maintaining detailed database records. - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas of concern. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
