Quality and Industrialization specialist (Polymer Hard Products)

You will be responsible for defining and piloting the adapted Indus plan based on Products stakes and risks. Your role will involve driving INDUS players and enablers to adhere to the INDUS Steps. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing suppliers" Indus autonomy and reacting to difficulties by creating conditions to make decisions with stakeholders. Your technical skills on your products/process perimeter will play a crucial role in ensuring 100% deliverables & requirements are met. You will be required to detect unacceptable situations in your supplier (Quality, process & HRP) and take immediate actions. Implementing control plans on your perimeter and homologating your product for a new production launch will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Production specialist focusing on Industrialization and Quality with experience in Polymers, Polymer Products, and molds, you will manage the industrialization step to guarantee a stable and reliable process before mass production commences. Your role will also involve making suppliers autonomous and continuously enhancing their performance in terms of Quality, Sustainable development, and Process. In addition, you will plan Quality, Process, and sustainable development assessments in your supplier panel, identify, control, and project suppliers" industrial capabilities, ensure industrial solutions at each project step, and explore new process solutions while optimizing your process/perimeter.,
