Quality Analyst Tester

As a Quality Analyst Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through meticulous testing and analysis. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications. You will conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues. Additionally, you will document and report test results, participate in requirement analysis, and contribute to enhancing automated testing frameworks and scripts. Your role will also involve providing feedback on testability and quality aspects, as well as supporting continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in software testing. Proficiency in testing tools and automation frameworks is essential, as well as a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail are also required. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, will be key in this role, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, offering a salary range of 25,000 to 30,000 INR per month. The work schedule is during day shifts, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred for education requirements.
