As a QA Manual Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and smooth releases of our product features. Your attention to detail and hands-on experience with testing software tools will be essential in conducting end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and internal tools. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze product requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing. - Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA. - Own the complete testing lifecycle for assigned modules. - Re-test bugs and validate fixes with engineering teams. - Ensure the stability and quality of production releases. - Prepare test reports and maintain documentation. - Suggest process improvements and contribute to quality best practices. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing. - Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, test planning, and defect lifecycle. - Ability to write well-structured test cases and scenarios. - Experience with bug-tracking or test-management tools like JIRA or TestRail. - Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and ability to work independently. Nice to have: - Basic understanding of API testing using tools like Postman. - Knowledge of SQL for basic queries and data validation. - Exposure to UI/UX testing.
