We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our expanding team in the role of Quality Analyst. **Job Summary:** As a Quality Analyst at KPI Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data analytics solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of software applications. - Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. - Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes. - Participate in requirements reviews and provide input on testability. - Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data quality throughout the project lifecycle. - Automate test cases where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance process. - Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, defects, and overall software quality. - Stay up to date with industry best practices and tools related to quality assurance and testing. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar QA role. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Hands-on experience in testing Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and BI reports. - Familiarity with SQL and data validation practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - A dynamic and inclusive work culture that values diversity. - Work-life balance and flexible working hours. - Health and wellness benefits.
